Could you pls revert this for tramp-tests.el? IIUC, seq-random-elt has
been added in Emacs 26. Tramp is still backwards compatible to Emacs 25.

(I thought it didn't matter as a newer version of seq.el is distributed
on GNU ELPA.  Sorry about that.)

Some users still install Tramp from its git repository. A dependency on
a GNU ELPA package would break this.
