I pushed an update to Gnu ELPA externals.ada-mode over 24 hours ago, but
it's not showing in list-packages. Something is stuck. Similarly for
externals.wisi.

I don't see any error for `wisi`.

http://elpa.gnu.org/devel/wisi.html seems to say that it's up-to-date
with the version from Nov 1 14:02 which seems to match the timestamp on
the latest commit I see.

  section, Hmm... ]

Thanks. That's what I get for skipping a test in my release process.

I guess there's still no way for me to see that log?

Currently, no.  It's on my todo list, but feel free to look at
`elpa-admin.el` and send a patch for it :-)
