I cannot reproduce this on my system, the test completes in about 12
sec.
Please submit a bug report with all the details, maybe it's something
specific to some configurations.

I think this is the same as bug#69406 (notice the interrupt happens in edebug-tests).
Pedro could you try running the emacs-module tests in isolation like:
rm test/src/emacs-module-tests.log
make test/src/emacs-module-tests.log
and the same with lisp/emacs-lisp/edebug-tests.log
