Hi
python-shell-get-or-create-process binds current-prefix-arg to 16, so
C-c C-z in python-mode _always_ asks for the command line and dedication
status of a new process.
this is quite inconvenient.
is there an important reason for that?

Probably worth a bug report - BTW would not expect bad things if commenting out that setting.
