* eieio: defclass not cl-defclass?

For long term naming sanity, it might be valuable to have cl-defclass
alias to defclass -- as it stands, we have defclass and cl-defmethod
which looks asymmettric and also catches you by surprize when you've
not looked at eieio for a while
