When I run as myself, everything is now dandy after the last round
of patches. However, if I "sudo bash" and start emacs as root, I get
this spewed to the console.
(The rest of this message is log, so if you don't care about this

Hi Perry, is it just a bunch of logging or does it crash Emacs too?
Does this happen with Emacs -nw, or is it just if you run the GUI?
I tried searching for further information on these messages and while
there are a few other people reporting getting them in other
applications there’s no explanation or fix that I’ve found.

Emacs does not crash. It's just logging a ton.

It appears to only happen with the GUI.
