As the subject says.

The reason seems to be doc/emacs/emacsver.texi, which is newer than
many Info files.  The previous pretest didn't have this problem.

Also, lisp/dired-aux.el is newer than lisp/dired-aux.elc.
From the timestamps on various files, I'd guess this wasn't created from
a bootstrap.
