Subject: bug#63141: Incorrect indentation in csharp-mode

Another indentation issue:

```csharp
namespace UnityEditor.Accessibility
{
    internal enum ColorBlindCondition
        {
            Default,
            Deuteranopia,
            Protanopia,
            Tritanopia,
        }
}
```

expected behavior:

```csharp
namespace UnityEditor.Accessibility
{
    internal enum ColorBlindCondition
    {
        Default,
        Deuteranopia,
        Protanopia,
        Tritanopia,
    }
}
```

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug.
