ido-find-file tries to read URL with unnecessary trailing slash.

1. emacs -Q
2. evaluate (ido-mode 1), (ido-everywhere 1), and (setq ido-use-url-at-point t)
3. type a URL like https://www.gnu.org/savannah-checkouts/gnu/emacs/emacs.html and move point onto the URL
4. type C-x C-f to run ido-find-file
   => ido-find-file tries to read URL with unnecessary trailing slash
   => Find file or URL: https://www.gnu.org/savannah-checkouts/gnu/emacs/emacs.html/ [Not readable]
