I believe that all of the occurrences can be changed.


In GNU Emacs 24.3.50.1 (i686-pc-mingw32)

There are two instances that I haven't changed because they aren't
really used as predicates, but to find the starting position for a
match (though the match data isn't used).

Also most looking-at instances could be changed to looking-at-p, which
I've done too.
