This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English if possible, because the Emacs maintainers
usually do not have translators to read other languages for them.

Your bug report will be posted to the bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org mailing list,
and to the gnu.emacs.bug news group.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug. If you can, give
a recipe starting from `emacs -Q':

 emacs -Q
 C-h t

You will most probably see the following Notice in red near the
beginning:

NOTICE: The main purpose of the Emacs tutorial is to teach you
the most important standard Emacs commands (key bindings).
However, your Emacs has been customized by changing some of
these basic editing commands, so it doesn't correspond to the
tutorial. We have inserted colored notices where the altered
 commands have been introduced. [More]

Activation of the "More" button shows the following *Help* buffer:

The following key bindings used in the tutorial have been changed
  from the Emacs default:

Standard Key Command In Your Emacs
     C-d delete-char <deletechar> more info

It is OK to change key bindings, but changed bindings do not
correspond to what the tutorial says.

I see this both on GNU/Linux on a tty, and on MS-Windows.

I think this is a bogus warning, because "emacs -Q" by definition cannot
be customized.

If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
    `bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
For information about debugging Emacs, please read the file
d:/gnu/bzr/emacs/trunk/etc/DEBUG.

It's because C-d is now delete-forward-char. I've checked in a fix.
Thanks.
