Mouse scrolling fastly in eww browser did froze Emacs.

Can you describe in more detail the nature of the problem?  For
instance, what URL were you viewing in eww, and what kind of mouse
scrolling do you mean?  Pulling the scroll bars or using a scroll wheel,
or something else?

Right -- so the problem is with scrolling buffers with the scroll wheel
(when the buffers contain images).

I seem to recall there having been some fixes in this area over the past
few years...  does this ring a bell with anybody?
