This is a feature request to show all minibuffer default values
from the list of minibuffer-default and from values returned
from minibuffer-default-add-function, in icomplete-mode
even in non-completing minibuffers.
Examples include commands that use read-regexp with a lot of default
values, M-x with the default value of the command under point, etc.
This feature could be optional with a new icomplete user option.

I take back this my feature request. We have now
'minibuffer-complete-defaults' that also supports arrows.
