This is not a bug, but rather a feature request.  When recording a new
keyboard macro, it is added at the "top" of the macro ring.  It could be
useful to be able to give e.g. a "minus" prefix argument in order to
_replace_ the macro at the top of the macro ring.  Use case: I recorded
a macro with an error and I want to get rid of it by recording a new
version.
