Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I have recently upgraded to org 6.29c as included in Emacs, so I am
re-reading the manual to catch new features.

Here is another bug I came across:

Assume iswitchb-mode is off

1. M-x org-iswitchb
2. C-g

Now iswitchb-mode is on. Tested with org 6.29c.
