This is Emacs built from Git @HEAD.
If you open
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laplace_transform
as an example,
Emacs dumps over 8000 lines of data in *Messages* resulting from
errors reading a gif.

Yeah, that's not very useful.
Fixed in Emacs 28.1.
