This is not reproducible, neither in gtk, nor in no-toolkit.
Anyway, it's a pain to look at the File menu
with the glaring blunder of the added item
that has no place in this overlong menu.
No other app has such a weird thing as enabling
a mode that makes no sense when the user already
deleted the frame and wants to bring it back.
Instead of this, it makes more sense to immediately
display the item "Undelete Frame" when the user
accidentally deleted the frame.
