* bug#60249: 29.0.60; help-quit is broken

In addition to the below problems mentioned in bug#60101,
the problem occurs in other places too, for example, opening
a package from the package list displays such messages:

  Type M-x help-quit to restore previous buffer.
  Type M-x help-quit to restore previous buffer, C-v to scroll help.

It's not clear whether the name intended to be help-quick-or-quit
or help-quit-or-quick?

Probably the only way to fix this is to rebind quick-help
to the 'q' key with a modifier, e.g. 'C-h C-q' or 'C-h Q'.

I think C-h C-q would be just as good of a binding.

Ok, now rebound to C-h C-q.  So all problems are fixed.
