On OSX and GNU/Linux, the default value of interprogram-paste-function
for GUI is x-selection-value, but on Losedows it is
x-get-selection-value. I wonder if we can have it all named
x-selection-value.

This would make it a bit easier if one wants to advice x-selection-value
and it is nice to have one single entry.

I don't have any interest in Losedows, so I don't understand why did

This was done in Emacs 25.1, so I'm closing this bug report.
