Why are you looking for it there?  Type "i #' RET", and you will land
where it is described.

We don't usually document things in more than one place.  But we could
mention the #' thingy in that node, with a cross-reference to where it
is really described.

Btw, is #' really a "special read syntax", strictly speaking?

Hm...  isn't it?  I don't know what the implementation is, but it seem
as special as, say, #x42.
