Subject line says it all. The node says "There are two commands for
obtaining information about Emacs charsets." Apparently there is a
third, `list-character-sets'.

In GNU Emacs 23.0.94.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2009-05-24 on SOFT-MJASON
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4)'

Please tell why do you think it would be useful to document it in the
manual. I'm not convinced the information it displays will be useful
to anyone who is not an Emacs i18n hacker. That information is barely
described in the ELisp manual, let alone the user manual.

Why do we have node Charsets in the Emacs manual? That node describes character
sets. Command `list-character-sets' lists the available character sets. Do users
need that info? Dunno. Seems like it would be about as useful to mention that
command as to mention the commands we already mention in this node:
`list-charset-chars' and `describe-character-set'.

But I really know nothing about character sets. You are no doubt a better judge
of what is useful here.

I think Eli is right here, so I'm closing this report.

Since Handa-san added the documentation of that function shortly after
the above conversation took place, closing this bug is really TRT ;-)

So why was this closed as `notabug'?
It should have been closed as `fixed'.

Clearly there was a bug and it was fixed, just as requested, by Handa-san.
