Hey,

I noticed some broken links on this page:

  http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/#HelpMailing

Those email links should not use "://" but instead ":" so, something like:

  mailto:bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org

Instead of:

  mailto://bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org

The current webpage uses the latter version, which means that if you click on
it, your email client will be opened with an email addressed to:

  //bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org
