Sorry, I'm going to be pretty harsh, because as far as I can see, you
haven't actually written a bug report, and I have no idea what the
problem is supposed to be.

I had problem with setting up pure white color as background, so I saw
that background color before code is what is should be eg. #fdfdfd but,
background color after code is #fcfcfc.

I can't say that I see much in that image (except several active modes
that are not part of Emacs), but I think I understand what you are
saying is the issue now.

Now tell me what you did to get Emacs into this state, preferably
starting from `emacs -Q'. Ie, if I want to reproduce this for myself,
precisely what do I have to do? Because if I just do `emacs -Q', the
background looks uniformly white to me...

On picture I run Emacs in standard way, now I tested starting emacs with
'emacs -Q'
and get same bug (it is not clear white color). Can you please use gimp or
other color
picker to test on your system.

#FFFFFF, so I don't think I can help you.

The last suggestion I have is that you send a minimal example file
that shows the problem, and say precisely at what positions you see
the different colours. Eg "at point 10, the bg is XXX, at point 100,
the bg is YYY".

Yeah, I asked on IRC does anyone have same problem, and one guy said that
he has. I am going again to see on my another comp (ubuntu 12.04), right
now I am running Debian testing. What OS (linux disto) are you using ?

Just tested on latest ubuntu, and with emacs 23, and have no problem with
background :S. Dunno it can be because of some toolkit.

Today I installed emacs 23 (It use to be 24) on fresh debian testing, and
background is the same in front and after code.

I tried 23.4, 24.0.96, and current trunk. Not reproducible on any.
