Unlike the doc for `use-dialog-box' in the Emacs manual, the doc
string does not mention this:

"This also controls whether to use file selection
windows (but those are not supported on all platforms)."

In fact, the doc string gives the impression that the variable's
effect is limited to yes-or-no queries, which is false.

In GNU Emacs 22.2.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2008-03-26 on RELEASE
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4)'
