Not for me. When I visit the org file above, press `TAB' to reveal the
detail of the TODO, move down two lines with `C-n C-n' and press `TAB'
again to collapse the "PRIORITIZE" bullet, hit `C-e' to go to the end of
line, then hit `C-c C-c', no checkmark appears.
