OK,

pdflatex -interaction nonstopmode -output-directory %o %f
pdflatex -interaction nonstopmode -output-directory %o %f
pdflatex -interaction nonstopmode -output-directory %o %f

tried to add "bibtex %b" or  "bibtex %o %f" without luck
