The problem is my emacs thinks C-c is C-g=2C but the funny thing is the ctrl button wor= ks fine with other shortcuts in emacs and the c buttons works fine in emacs when used in writing code. B= ut when used together emacs considers it equivalent to C-g=2C I reinstalled emacs many times and use Ct= rl-c to copy and paste=20 things from the clipboard in windows all the time=2C so I am completely clu= eless as to what caused this problem or what to do about it.
