Hello,
First of all thank you for org-mode. It's such an awesome tool. Below is
content which that can be used to reproduce my problem:

You can see that the 'job-number' property is not in the clock table.
I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 with an elpa install of org-mode. If I start
emacs with the -q option, then the 'job-number' property shows up.
However, if I clear my .emacs file and don't use the -q option to start
emacs, the property does not show up.
