I think this link (https://orgmode.org/manual/Tables-in-LaTeX-export.html) is the relevant part of the documentation. I haven't used this though, so I can't help you further. In general, it would be much easier to help you if you specify these things in the original question. The fact that you're asking about LaTeX export processed to PDF is critical information. Also, please consult the documentation before asking questions. There are gaps, but generally it's well-written and a lot of people have put a lot of time into it. Matt
