org-return-follows-link and the TTY

Hi Carsten/All,

I'm a --without-x user and set org-return-follows-link. When I hit enter
on a link it simply inserts \n.

If I apply this patch:

All becomes well again. Does org-return-follows-link work with this
patch applied against an X11/w32 linked emacs?
