I guess the only concern I would have is the impact of Firefox on the system. I do use my wee Pandora for writing, albeit slowly, and emacs already essentially fills the small amount of memory (RAM) the system has. Running Firefox simultaneously hits the system hard. It's not exactly a sleek program... But this is definitely an outlier in terms of use cases so no worries!
