Thanks for your reply.

The document writes:

#+BEGIN_EXAMPLE 
You must insert a comma right before lines starting with either
‘*’, ‘,*’, ‘#+’ or ‘,#+’, as those may be interpreted as outlines nodes
or some other special syntax. 
#+END_EXAMPLE

But i found only the lines that starting with '*' or '#+' will insert a comma.
