Well, following one works. It looks like we need _ALL suffix for
inherited properties. 

----------------------------------------------
#+COLUMNS: %25ITEM %10Age
#+PROPERTY: Age_ALL 25

* Heading 1
* Heading 2
----------------------------------------------
