You should be able to customize variable
`org-confirm-elisp-link-function' and to do it per-buffer basis works
with emacs file local variables. Begin the org-file with this line:
-*- org-confirm-elisp-link-function: nil -*-
then re-open the file. For more info:
(info "(Emacs) Specifying File Variables")
