I see. This has been discussed previously. The main problem is that such
sections cannot be exported to latex/odt easily. So, we will complicate
export substantially.
And it will not be too different from the current approach. Even worse,
actually:
1. Similar to now, we will need to modify the parser, skipping some of
the headings, that must no longer be considered proper headings, but
rather "continuations"
2. We will have to allow nested proper headings inside sections, which
will break logic all over the Org codebase.
