Well, another semi-wild guess is that maybe the ArchLinux package does
not take care of creating the proper autoloads.
Go to /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/org and see if you have an accurate
org-loaddefs.el (should be ~107K.)
If completely desperate, try
(load "location/of/your/8.2.5h/org-loaddefs")
...
But despair is not something to hope :)
