Summary: Alignment of Org tables seems to be distorted when including
links to items with dates in it.

Setup: minimal init.el:

#+begin_src emacs-lisp :tangle /home/exot/Desktop/emacs-test/init.el
(package-initialize)
#+end_src

Starting Emacs via

#+begin_src sh
emacs --no-site-file --init-directory /home/exot/Desktop/emacs-test
#+end_src

and then installing Org 9.7.7.

This setup results in the following behavior for clocktables (note that
the entry for the headline with a date does not align with the other
cells in this column):

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
#+BEGIN: clocktable :scope file :link t :narrow 100
#+CAPTION: Clock summary at [2024-07-22 Mon 17:28]
| Headline                                   |   Time |
|--------------------------------------------+--------|
| *Total time*                               | *2:02* |
|--------------------------------------------+--------|
| [[file:/home/exot/Desktop/test.org::*Headline with some date: \[2024-07-22 Mon\]][Headline with some date: [2024-07-22 Mon]]] |   1:01 |
| [[file:/home/exot/Desktop/test.org::*Headline without any date][Headline without any date]]                  |   1:01 |
#+END:

* Headline with some date: [2024-07-22 Mon]
:LOGBOOK:
CLOCK: [2024-07-22 Mon 15:09]--[2024-07-22 Mon 16:10] =>  1:01
:END:

* Headline without any date
:LOGBOOK:
CLOCK: [2024-07-22 Mon 14:09]--[2024-07-22 Mon 15:10] =>  1:01
:END:
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

Also, when the date is not shown completely, the table alignment is
correct again (this is why the ~:narrow 100~ is present in this
example).

Thanks!

This is because Org automatically inserts zero width space in ]] to
escape ] in the link description.
Zero width space is displayed by Emacs as 1 pixel-wide space.
Then, Org mode rounds the width of the table cell up, leading to the
observed misalignment.

So, it is not exactly a bug, but I improved the width calculation to use
rounding instead of ceiling.

Fixed, on main.
