This actually raises a bigger question:

   Does it make sense to provide an alternative set of defaults for blind
   or visually impaired users?

Unlike other cases when people ask for "modern" defaults, having
a ready-set configuration for people with accessibility needs may be
something too important to leave lying unattended.

I guess that Emacsspeak already provides some good defaults for blind,
thanks to T.V. Raman's continuous dedication.
But maybe we want things to be available in vanilla Emacs as well? Not
just for blind, but also settings with large font sizes.
