Hi
I'd like that, in certain files, subscripts are ignored.
I know I could use ~ ~ as in
~dl_emacs_support.m~
Or
=dl_emacs_support.m=
But could I deactivate font locking for these constructions locally?

You can set org-use-sub-superscripts locally in the buffer.
