Hi Xin,

Do you have a line similar to this in index.org (generated by org-mobile-push):

#+ALLPRIORITIES: A B C

If not, you can try adding a priorities line to your Org file like this:

#+PRIORITIES: A B C

Then re-push and see if #+ALLPRIORITIES is set for you.
