Yes. In my index.org file (generated by org-mobile-push), it has:
#+ALLPRIORITIES: A B C
I noticed the priority in my original org file is lost once pushed to by the
org-mobile-push:
TODO [#A] Learn MobileOrg => TODO Learn MobileOrg
