I guess we have it then.

Your example leads to icalendar without content.

However I have:

#+filetags: drawnin
#+icalendar_exclude_tags: drawnin noexport
#+bind: org-icalendar-categories (all-tags)

That one indeed exports, but IMO shouldn't.
