Here is a sample file with just two formulas: #+TITLE: Title #+OPTIONS: H:3 num:t toc:t=20 #+OPTIONS: author:nil timestamp:nil creator:nil #+OPTIONS: ^:t skip:t LaTeX:t $A$ $B$ When I export to HTML, the result is where 'A' should be is a link to = 'file' and where 'B' should be is rendered 'A'. The output HTML is = below. Any ideas? (I'm using Aquamacs on OS X) Title

Adding a top leaving heading, such as: --8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8--- * Introduction --8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8--- before the first equation at least made latex export work. HTML export still doesn't do what I believe you wanted, however, but this I know less about... It is not recognized as latex (there is only one img included in the =20 html). Anyway, your version of org-mode may be outdated, it works fine on my =20= computer (org-mode version 7.5). http://orgmode.org/manual/Installation.html#Installation will give you the steps required to install. On the mac, you need to =20 give the full path the the emacs binary in the Makefile. It should look similar to /Applications/Aquamacs.app/Contents/MacOS/=20 Emacs Do not forget to set up the load path so that emacs will pick the new =20= version of emacs.
