you can put a format in the tblfm line, e.g.:

#+TBLFM: $14=3D$3+$4+$5+$6+$7+$8+$9+$10+$11+$12+$13;%.0f

However, this cuts any numbers at the dot, that is a 10.5 would be
displayed as 10.

If you can live with a 10.0  use %.1f instead of %.0f after the
semicolon.
