Subject: Bug: Org-fill-paragraph fails with void symbol errors [7.9.3f (release_7.9.3f-17-g7524ef @ /Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/lisp/org/)]
Date: Tue, 3 Sep 2013 12:05:00 +1000 (EST) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20130903020500.8B0151738A85@boom.local> (raw)
Remember to cover the basics, that is, what you expected to happen and
what in fact did happen. You don't know how to make a good report? See
http://orgmode.org/manual/Feedback.html#Feedback
Your bug report will be posted to the Org-mode mailing list.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Trying to do an org-fill-paragraph and get a string of void symbol
errors:
org-list-allow-alphabetical and then the following function definitions
org-element-bold-successor, org-element-code-successor,
org-element-entity-successor, org-element-italic-successor,
org-element-latex-fragment-successor,
org-element-strike-through-successor,
org-element-subscript-successor, org-element-superscript-successor,
org-element-underline-successor, org-element-verbatim-successor
Patching these with stubs, fixes the problem, but is obviously an
undesirable hack.
FYI I also have org-page and org-jekyll mode installed,
Bug reporting was failing when this first started happening 7 days ago,
I have some notes here https://gist.github.com/jasonm23/6349731
Note, this began (well I noticed it) with the *Org-mode version 7.9.3f
(release_7.9.3f-17-g7524ef @ ~/.emacs.d/elpa/org-20130826/)* and has
persisted with each version released since.
