One reason why row formulas have not been implemented is that it is not straight forward to exclude columns from applying the row formula. For column formulas, it is natural to exclude the table header. For now, just insert the formula into every field where you want to=20 apply it, like this: In the first field where you want it, type :=3Dvsum(@-II..@-I) or whatever your formula is. Then select this text and copy it with M-w. Then apply and insert it many times with TAB C-y TAB C-y .....
