I recently switched from iswitchb to ido, but I missed org-iswitchb.
So I wrote an ido version.

  "Use `org-ido-completing-read' to prompt for an Org buffer to switch to.

Of course.  It's just your org-iswitchb function with the
unwind-protect & iswitchb-mode stuff taken out.
