[PATCH] NEWS: consistent 2-space indentation in new content

[PATCH] NEWS: consistent 2-space indentation in new content

Some 0.12 NEWS items descriptions were indented with 3 spaces whereas
all other lines are indented with 2 spaces. Brought those
escaped lines back in line with others.
