Thanks a lot!
I have added openssl into the buildroot and now the tests run
successfully on Tumbleweed, but not on Leap 15.2 and 15.3 where some
Emacs tests are failing now:

Both versions of Leap are running Emacs 25.3, so maybe that's the issue?
