Hello. Why notmuch needs user.name and user.primary_email variables? I use notmuch with neomutt to search mail, do I need these vars? Will it somehow affect on anything?

It's used by the emacs frontend for notmuch.

No, neomutt has its own config for things like aliases and addresses.
